How much is the Your Natural Hair Box subscription?
The Your Natural Hair Box subscription is just $19.99 a month and $4.99 shipping.
When will I be charged?
You will be billed on the 6th of each month, until you cancel. All orders placed after the 6th of each month, will be considered pre-subscribers for the next month.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping/ tracking information.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you may cancel at anytime by logging in to your account. Cancellations made after the 5th of each month, will become effective on the 1st of the following month. You may also skip a month without cancelling. Simply log onto your account and edit the "Your Subscription" area of your account.
Can I update my shipping and billing information?
- Absolutely, simply log on to your account to update your shipping and billing information at any time.
Will my credit card information and personal data be safe?
- We have designed our website to meet banking and financial institution standards with 256 bit SSL encryption used to protect all credit card and customer data.
Do you accept returns?
- We do not accept returns. We do welcome your feedback. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to share your concerns.
May I skip a month (Renewal Cycle) ?
Yes, at YOUR NATURAL HAIR BOX, you may skip a month instead of cancelling your subscription. This option is typically used when you have accumulated too many products. Simply log onto your account and edit the "Your Subscription" area of your account.
What brands will you feature?
- We are constantly researching brands to include in the box. Based on a survey completed by potential clients, we will include the following brands:
- Cantu, Crème of Nature, Shea Moisture, As I AM, Carol's Daughter, Eden Bodyworks
- The above list is not all inclusive. We will feature a host of other brands in the marketplace.
How do I report an issue with my box or service?
